This land is your land

This land is my land

This land is for everyone 

This land was made for you and me!

I have journeyed far, to many a place

But no other land is like this, with guru's grace!

The greenery of the fields with emerald hue

The sweet aroma of the soil, fresh and true 

I didn't find it anywhere!

It's high peaks ascend, a magnificent sight

Rivers flow, waterfalls gleam, a silver light

But most of all, 

Its inhabitants are beautiful!

Their hearts are so kind 

A precious treasure hard to find

Let's keep it pure and clean

May it not suffer from global warming!

May ailments fade, and tears all cease, 

And joy and peace forever increase.
